Registration Procedure

Please use your real name for your username, first name and last name separated by a space. Your registration is subject to administrator approval and verification of your email address. You will receive an email upon administrator approval of your registration containing a one time only login allowing verification of your email address.
NOTICE: Only known MITA members will be approved. If you are not a member, there is no point in applying for an account. . Click the "Join MITA" tab for information on joining MITA.
Your preferred username; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
